1. Introductory Provisions & Operator Identity

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the operator: Daniel Kopecký, ID: 29533660, VAT ID: CZ29533660, registered address: Krkonošská 1522/4, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, email: info@edgesenseai.app ("Operator"), and any individual using the web application and analytical services available at edgesenseai.app ("User").

2. Nature of the Service

EdgeSenseAI provides statistical sports data modeling and probabilistic match analysis for ice hockey and football. The Operator is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not hold a gambling license. All analyses, probability assessments, and suggested tips are strictly informational tools and personal decision-support aids.

No analysis constitutes an investment recommendation or financial advice. The Operator does not guarantee any financial return, profit, or winning outcome. All betting decisions and risks rest exclusively with the User.

3. Age Restriction & Legal Capacity

The service is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older. By registering an account or purchasing a subscription, the User expressly confirms that they have reached the age of 18 and possess full legal capacity.

4. User Account & Security

Access to subscriber features requires creating a personal account. The User agrees to provide accurate contact information and protect login credentials. Account sharing or sublicensing to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Free Trial Period

New users may be granted a 7-day free trial. The trial does not require entering credit card details and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. Access terminates automatically at the end of the trial period unless the User manually chooses to purchase a subscription.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly (149 CZK) or annual (1,490 CZK) basis. All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled by the User. The User can cancel anytime in their account profile. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Immediate Digital Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By purchasing a subscription, the User expressly requests and consents to the immediate provision of digital content prior to the expiration of the statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal period, and acknowledges that this waiver eliminates the 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. Responsible Gambling Notice
